WARRANTY POLICY

isinwheel.co.uk offers warranty services for customers in the United Kingdom. Our repair warehouse is located within the UK to ensure efficient and cost-effective warranty service. Please read our warranty policy carefully to understand the coverage and procedures.

 

WARRANTY PERIOD

Electric Scooters:

  • Frame Components: 2-year warranty (starting from the date of receipt by the customer)
  • Wearable Components: 6-month warranty for the battery (including charger), motor (motor wheel), electronic components, tires, and screen.

Electric Bicycles:

  • Frame Components: 2-year warranty (starting from the date of receipt by the customer)
  • Wearable Components: 6-month warranty for the battery (including charger), motor (motor wheel), electronic components, tires, and screen.

    NON-WARRANTY TERMS

    1. Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or distributors outside the authorized market.
    2. Damage resulting from improper packaging or mishandling during transport, second-hand products, or products modified in any way.
    3. Damage caused by misuse and/or neglect, or failure to follow the instructions in the user manual.
    4. Damage from overloading/overweight, attempting stunts, collisions with curbs or walls, prolonged exposure to rain, or immersion in water.
    5. Damage from improper use, such as exceeding the vehicle's speed limits.
    6. Using unauthorized or non-original parts, or opening, disassembling, or modifying the scooter by unauthorized personnel will void the warranty.
    7. Accessories are not covered by the warranty.

      EXTENDED WARRANTY

      Customers have the option to purchase extended warranty periods, which may also be offered during promotional events. The purchased extended warranty period covers only the frame components. For an extended warranty on wearable components, please contact customer service.

       

      How to Verify My Warranty Period:

      • The warranty begins on the date the customer receives the goods.
      • Purchased additional warranties will automatically be added to the corresponding product.
      * Example: If you purchase an S10MAX scooter in December 2024, with an additional 1-year warranty included, your total warranty period will be 2 years, from December 2024 to December 2026.

        HOW TO CLAIM WARRANTY

        1. Contact our customer service via email or phone, providing your proof of purchase and order number.
        2. Fill out the warranty form sent by customer service to initiate the warranty service.

          COSTS

          Replacement of parts within the warranty period is free of charge and covered by isinwheel.co.uk. Note: Any shipping costs incurred will be borne by the customer.

           

          OUT OF WARRANTY

          If your product is beyond the warranty period or not covered by the warranty but you still wish to contact the official service for repairs, you can contact customer service for assistance.
