ISINWHEEL UK SHIPPING POLICY

At iSinwheel, we value every customer and prioritize customer satisfaction. We are doing our utmost to expedite the process and ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible. Thank you very much for your patience and understanding.

 

DELIVERY RANGE AND SHIPPING ADDRESS

We deliver to the entire United Kingdom (customers outside the UK should consult customer service for purchasing). Orders are shipped from local warehouses within the UK (we choose the warehouse closest to the customer to ensure the shortest delivery time).

 

FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS

We offer free shipping services to all customers. Customers will not bear shipping costs or VAT.

 

SHIPPING METHODS

  • Truck delivery with signature service
  • DHL Express
  • DPD/GLS Express
* Customers cannot choose the delivery method themselves. We will choose based on the warehouse where the package is located and the type of product.

DELIVERY TIME

  • Order processing time: within 24 hours
  • Delivery time:
    • Truck delivery: 1-2 working days
    • DHL: 1-3 working days
    • DPD/GLS: 2-3 working days
* Delivery time may be delayed during holidays or due to force majeure such as natural disasters. If there is an abnormality in your order delivery, please contact customer service immediately.
* Accessories may have extended delivery times if shipped from other European countries, not exceeding 7 days.

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • If we cannot complete and ship within 7 working days, customers can apply to cancel the order.
  • If your item has not been shipped, you can also cancel the order.
  • After the item is shipped, your order cannot be canceled. If the customer refuses to accept the package upon delivery, the customer will be charged for return shipping.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

  • A) Customers can choose to purchase shipping insurance at checkout. For orders with shipping insurance, we are responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages, and will resend or refund in full.
  • B) For orders without shipping insurance, we are not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or damaged due to the actions or omissions of the shipping service. External packaging damage does not equal product damage. Due to the uncertainty and unpredictability of delivery, we cannot guarantee the integrity of the external packaging. We recommend customers file a claim with the carrier immediately if they find external packaging damage. Our customer service support team will assist in resolving product issues.

MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS

If your order contains multiple products, each product will be shipped separately. For example, if an order contains an S10max electric scooter and a helmet, you will receive two packages.

 

ORDER TRACKING

After your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to track your package. When your order is processed and leaves our factory, a shipping notification including tracking information will be sent to your email address.
